Turn returns into exchanges, not refunds.
Mint Returns gives your store a self-serve returns page that puts exchanges first and rewards store credit — so more of every return stays in your business. Flat pricing, no per-return fees.

Everything a growing store needs from returns
Built for small and mid-sized Shopify stores that want exchanges without an enterprise contract.
Customers see “exchange for another size or colour” first, with only in-stock, same-price options. A swap keeps the sale — a refund loses it.
Offer, say, 10% extra when customers choose store credit. You issue it with one click and Shopify notifies the customer.
yourstore.com/apps/returns uses your theme's header, footer and fonts. Customers find their order with their order number and email.
Return window, allowed reasons and outcomes are checked against the live order every time — already-returned, cancelled or late items are blocked.
Requests become Shopify returns — with exchange items on the order — so restocking, refunds and reports keep working the way they already do.
Review each request, or let the app approve them. See how much revenue exchanges and credit kept in your store this month.
Install, link, approve
Five minutes from install to your first exchange.

Add /apps/returns to your footer menu and order emails. It's already live on your store.

Questions merchants ask
How is this different from Shopify's built-in returns?
Shopify lets customers request a return from their account. Mint Returns adds an exchange-first page that also works for guest orders, offers a store credit bonus, enforces your rules automatically and shows what you kept. The returns it creates are ordinary Shopify returns.
What do customers need to start a return?
Their order number and the email they used at checkout — or nothing extra if they're signed in to their customer account. Only items that have shipped, are inside your return window and haven't already been returned can be selected.
How do exchanges work?
Customers pick another variant of the same product at the same price that's in stock. When the request is approved, the app creates the Shopify return with the new variant as an exchange item on the order, ready for you to ship.
Who pays for return shipping?
You decide, the same way you do today. Mint Returns doesn't buy labels; you can send a label or instructions from the Shopify return once it's approved.
What customer data do you store?
As little as possible: the order and customer IDs, the order number, the items, reasons and any note the customer adds. We never store customer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses. See our privacy policy for details.
